All University of Technology, Sydney graduating students in Hong Kong Saturday 3 July 2010 and Kuala Lumpur Sunday 11 July 2010, must be wearing the correct academic dress to participate in their graduation ceremony.

Academic dress hire services are provided by Graduation Photography and Services.

STEP 1: BOOKING & PAYMEMT
You must book and pay for your academic dress hire IMMEDIATELY!!! by completing and submitting the booking form on the next page.

Academic Dress Hire fee is AU$95.00 which includes graduation gown, cap and hood. Please complete your credit card details on the next page to reserve your academic dress.

STEP 2: ACADEMIC DRESS COLLECTION AND RETURN
Graduates are required to collect their academic dress on graduation day from our stand two hours prior to your ceremony.

YOU MUST RETURN YOUR ACADEMIC DRESS TO THE SAME STAND WITHIN 2 HOURS OF YOUR GRADUATION CEREMONIES CONCLUSION.

Please note: The AU$95.00 is a hire/rental fee only. If you fail to return your academic dress on graduation day, or if you return your academic dress damaged or stained, your credit card will be charged an additional AU$175.00 penalty fee.

STEP 3: CONFIRMATION
Once you have completed and submitted the academic dress hire form on the next page, we will process your payment and you will receive an email confirmation/receipt within 48 hours.

Please print this receipt and bring it with you on graduation day to collect your academic dress.

Please ensure you type your email address correctly on the hire form and that you use an email address that is checked on a regular basis. Note:- Some emails like HOTMAIL may filter into "Junk Inbox".

STEP 4: DRESSING ON GRADUATION DAY
Our staff will provide guidance and assistance on wearing the graduation dress correctly on graduation day.

STEP 5: ATTENDING YOUR GRADUATION CEREMONY
30 minutes prior to the start of your ceremony, all graduates must be registered, wearing their academic dress and be seated in the auditorium.
